A perfect day to illustrate just half of a face.
Tried watercolor on a bond paper. Not as good as watercolor paper that the paint slides and still has that lovely result. But just a matter of how you control the watercolor into the paper.
Tip: The more water used, the lighter the color is. And if using a bond paper, try not to use too much water and leave for long time. Try to blend it immediately smoothly.
