Marc Jacobs Fall/ Winter 2018 Ready-to-Wear

New York Fashion Week just ended and last to watch for is Marc Jacobs. Before posting this year's season of New York Fashion Week Illustrations, I want to share my version / illustration of Marc Jacobs Fall/ Winter 2018 Ready-to-Wear by Marc Jacobs last season, just this year - February 2018.

The collection started with bold warm red and black piece that made the atmosphere wonder if the show was a Couture or a Ready-to-Wear. The black hat hiding the models face made it like you were in an action movie / James Bond vibe. I felt mysterious each piece of the collection in the runway. Every piece had a story to tell that needs to be cared. After the warm red, comes ultra violet, then turquoise blue, then spicy mustard, then more and more colors to be worn this Fall / Winter. Can't wait but I can't afford one (sad real life of me, but soon I can afford not one but many). The collection spoke fantasy, a dreamy world in a dramatic way, full of unexplained mystery that needed to be solved.

From the first piece to the last piece of the collection maybe oversize and more theatrical. But, they connected to me. It maybe unimaginably and unconventional to be worn one anywhere - work, school,  night out. However, it seemed possible. It would give that intelligence vibe, a Sherlock Holmes days.

The inspiration of Marc Jacob in creating this magical, dramatic collection is beyond everything. His vision to the collection is wearable in a different perspective as Ready-To-Wear is not about lighter vibe but a higher vibe like Couture.
